Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. You can use it forever once you’re attuned, making it a great investment in yourself.
It’s based on the idea that an unseen “life force energy” flows through us and is what causes us to be alive.
If someone’s “life force energy” is low, then they are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it’s high, they are more capable of being happy and healthy.
While Reiki is a simple technique, the effect and benefits can be profound.
Because Reiki is an intelligent energy, it will go wherever it’s needed to heal or balance body, mind and spirit.
Reiki will release negative thoughts stored in the body or in the aura, creating balance and restoring health to those areas.
It will also work on the unconscious part of us, breaking up negative thoughts or beliefs we might be holding onto that we aren’t even aware of.
In this course, you will learn everything you need to know to use Level 1 Reiki. Upon completion, you’ll receive a Level 1 attunement and a certificate.

This course is modeled after classes that are taught live. They normally span one or two days and 5 to 8 hours each day to complete, get your attunement and certificate.
14 days is plenty of time to complete everything if you set aside some time in your schedule to do so. For the student, it is an advantage to take this training in a short period of time.
Plus, the manual is downloadable so you will always be able to refer to it.
These are held online and provide you with dedicated time to work on your course material. They will be camera off/mic off, one-hour sessions.
Emails will be answered during normal business hours. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 9 am – 5 pm eastern time.
Attunements are all done by distance and will be held September 14, 2024 between 8 am and 1 pm eastern time. You do not need to be available for that whole time. Your attunement will last about 30 minutes.
You will be able to schedule your 30 minute time slot from the class site.
Yes, all certificates will be emailed to you within a few days of your attunement.
You can choose how you want your name to appear on your certificate when you schedule your attunement.
Yes, those classes will be added in 2025.
